In January of this year, Spyglass Women Connected had a program with Jill Ayres, the Director of Athletic Training & Sports Medicine from Newport Orthopedic Institute. Club members learned about ways to prevent and alleviate pain in order to do enjoyable physical activities in their daily lives. 

In February, Spyglass Women Connected had a program with the Newport Beach Fire Department. Club members learned about important safety tips for emergencies.
